1387 Improve Crawford Avenue1 1 125 - RESOLUTION NUMBERS 1387 (First published in the Salina Journal March gj 1953) A RESOLUTION relating to the curbing, guttering, grading and paving to a width of Forty (40) feet with two-inch hot mixed asphaltic concrete over a six-inch rock stabilized base, Crawford Avenue, from the west line of the Union Pacific Railroad Right -of way, thence east to the west line of Roach Street, extended north or south. BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas: That Crawford Avenue, a street in the City of Salina, Kansas;, from the west line of the Union Pacific Railroad right-of-way, thence east to the west line of Roach Street, extended north or south, be curbed, guttered, graded and paved to a width of�forty (40) feet with two-inch hot mixed asphaltic concrete:over a six-inch crushed rock stabilized base, along with such gra ing and excavation as may be necessary, and the same are hereby determined to be necessary improvements.
