1369 Real Estate AcquisitionRESOLUTION NUMBM 1369
A RESOLUTION providing (1) for the appropriation of certain
land for public use and (2) for the filing of a plat and survey thereof.
WHEREAS, the City of Salina, Kansas, has heretofpre provided
for the acquisition of land and improving the same for off-street
parking facilities; and
WHEREAS , it has been and is.now determined to be necessary
to appropriate for such a use Lots 81, 83, 85, 87 and the North Half
of Lot 89, all on Fifth Street in the Original Town (now City) of
Salina, saline County, Kansas; and.
S0, NOW, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE
CITY OF SAINA:
That the lands, aforedewcribed, be appropriated. -for public
use and that the City Engineer file a plat and survey of said land
in the office of the City Clerk of said city on or before the 2nd day of
January 1953•
