A RESOLUTION relating to the paving and grading of Republic Avenue from
the east line of Sunrise vrive to the west line of Roach Street.

BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
That Rpublic Avenue a street in the City of Salina, Kansas, from
the east line'of Sunrise Drive to the west line of Roach S rest, be paved

and graded, with such excavation and otherwise improving as may be neces-
;sary therefor, and the same are hereby determined to be necessary improve-
ments.
