A RESOLUTION relating to the resurfacing of Ninth Street with two (2)
inch hot mixed asphaltic concrete from the south line of North Street to
the south line of Pacific Avenue.
BE IT RESOLVED by the -Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
That Ninth Street, a street in the City of Salina, Kansas, from the
south line of North Street to the south line'of Pacific Avenue, be resurfaced
with two (2) inch hot mixed asphaltic concrete, along with such grading asd
may be necessary, and the same are hereby determined to be necessary im-
provements.
