A RESOLUTION relating to the curbing, guttering, paving and grading of
Hilldale Road thirty-three (33) feet wide from back of curb to back of
curb with reinforced concrete from the north line of Melrose Lame to the
North line of Lot 6, Block 4, of Country Club Heights Addition Number 3.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
That Hilldale Road, a street in the City of Salina, Kansas, from the
north line of Melrose Lane to the north line_ of Lot. 6, Block. 4 of Country
Club Heights Addition Number 3 be curbed, guttered, paved and graded with
concrete, thirty-three (33) feet wide from toe of ..gutter to toe of gutter,
with such excavation as may be necessary, and the same are hereby determined
to be necessary improvements.
