A RESOLUTION relating to the curbing, guttering and grading of Hsi hla�nd
Avenue from the south line of High Place to the south line of Wayne Avenue.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas;:
That Highland AvenueP a street in the City of Salina,..Kansas.,
from the south line of High Place to the south line of Wayne,Avenue, be
curbed, guttered, along with such grading and excavation as may be neces-
sary., and the same are hereby determined to be necessary improvements.
