base, from the east. line . of Haskett_. to.. the. west_ line of US 81 By -Pass,
Broadway Boulevard.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners..of the City of Salina, Kansas:
That Smith.Avenue., a.street in..the.City.of.Salina, Kansas, from the
east line of. Haskett_.toc�the_.west line of.(US 81.By-Pass) Broadway Boule-
vard be curbed, .guttered, paved. and_..graded, thirty-three (33) feet wide
from back. of . curb to back. of._ curb., with_.two. (2) inch. hot mix asphalt over
a six (6) inch crushed rock -base., along with such grading and excavation
as may be necessary, and.the.same..a.re.hereby.de.termined to be necessary
improvements.
