A RESOLUTION finding that it is necessary to condemn an easement in certain
property for the purpose of constructing, extendi:g, installing and main-
taining a certain sanitary sewer force main across Tracts Seven (7) and
Eight (8) of the Subdivision of the Thos. White Farm located in Section
Seven M, township Fourteen (14) South, Range Two (2) West of the Sixth
Principal Meridian, Saline County, Kansas, and directing the City Engineer to
file a survey and description of the land so required.
WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas, deem it
necessary to construct and extend a certain sanitary sewer force main across
Tracts Seven (7) and Eight (8) of the Subdivision of the Thos. White Farm
located in Section Sewn (7) Township Fourteen (14) South, Range Two (2) West
of the Sixth Principal Meridian, Saline County, Kansas, d.nd
WHEREAS`•, the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas, deem it
necessary to condemn an easement in private property for the construction.and
extension of said sewer.
SO NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the City
of Salina, K ansas :
That it is necessary for the City of Salina, Kansas, to condemn an
easement in private property for the construction and extension of a certain
sanitary sewer force main across Tracts Seven (7) and Eight (8) of the Sub-
division of the Thos. White Farm located in Section Seven (7) Township Four-
teen (14) South, Range Two (2) West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, Saline
County, Kansas, and the City Engineer is hereby directed to file with the
City Clerk on or before the 11th day of June , 1957, a survey and description
of the easement so required.
That this resolution shallbe in full force 'and effect from and after its
adoption.
