A RESOLUTION relating to the paving and grading of.Frost.Street with
concrete; thirty-three (33) feet. wide from back of. curb to back. of curb,
from the west -line of Tenth Street to the east line. of Eleventh. Street.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the. City o Salina., B ansas :
That Frost Street,.. a..street_ in..the.._City .of..Salina, Kansas, from the
west line of. Tenth Street.. to he- east -line., of.. Eleventh.. Street be paved and
graded with. concrete,.thirty-three (33.) feet-wide.from._back.of curb to back
of curb,_ nd with such excavation as may.be_.necessary} and the same are hereby
determined to be necessary improvements.
