BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,K"ansaw:
That Republic kvenue,.a street in the. City. of. Salina,Bansas,f rom
the .west_ line of Ninth Street. to. the. west : line_of. Eleventh Street be paved
and graded -with concrete. thirty-three (33) feet.wide from back of curb to
back of curb and with.such excavationas may be necessary, md.the.same are
hereby determined to be necessary improvements.
