BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansan:
That Ralph Avenue, a. street in.the.City of.Salina, Kansas, from
the center. line...of...Norton. Street_ to. ..the- .center_,line.,.of Quincy Street be
curbed, guttered_ and. graded.. along.. with . such grading.. and.. excavation . as may be
necessary therefor and the same are hereby.determine,d.to be necessary im-
provements.
