A RESOLUTION relating.to.the curbing, guttering- ,..paving and grading of
Lewis Avenue thirty-three (33) feet.. wwi.de . from -.back. of -curb to back of
curb, with two (2) -inch hot.. asphalt mix over. a..six. (6) inch crushed rock
base from the north line of Mellinger Drive.to.the south lime of Manor
Road.
BE IT RESOLVED° by the Board of Commissionersof the City of SAi ns, Kansas:
That Lewis. Avenue,. a. street. in.. the. City . of... Salina,. K ansas, from
the north line of Mellinger. Drive to the _south. Line.. of .Manor. Road be curbed,
gattered, paved thirt -three (33).feet.wide from back of.curb.to back of
curb, with .two..(2) inch hot. asphalt. mix over. a.six..(6).crushed. rock base,
along with such grading and excavation asmay be..necessary,.aid the same.are
hereby determined to be necessary improvements.
