Westwood-Roide; thirty-three (33) feet -wide from. back of curb to back of
curb with two (2) inch hot asphalt.-mix..over.a_six (6) inch crushed rock
base, from the south line of . Cloud . Street to henorth line of. Winona Street.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board..of.Commissioners of_the..City of Salina, Kansas:
