A RESOLUTION relating to the curbing, guttering, paving and -grading of
Ellsworth Avenue with concrete, 33 feet trkdk of curb to back of curb,
from the existing curbing and guttering at the east line of Lots 29 and
30 on Ellsworth Avenue, Addition to Grounds of Kansas Wesleyan Univer-
sity, to the west line of Quincy Street.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
That Ellsworth Avenue, a street in the City of Salina, Kansas, from
the existing curbing and guttering at the east line of Lots 29 and 30
on Ellsworth Avenue, Addition to the Grounds of Kansas Wesleyan Univer-
sity to the west line of Quincy Street be curbed, guttered, paved and
graded with concrete, 33 feet back of curb to back of curb, and with such
excavation as may be necessary, and the same are hereby determined to be
necessary improvements.
