RESOLUTION NUMBER 1739
A RESOLUTION declaring the Policy of the Board of Commissioners of the
City of Salina, Km sas, Regarding Coronado Courts Kans. 14051.
WHEREAS, Coronado Courts is a housing project adjoining the City of
Salina, Kansas.
WHEREAS, said Coronado Courts housing project is located in a fine resi-
dential area and detracts from appearance of the homes located in said
area.
WHEREAS-., said Coronado Courts housing project no.longer serves a useful
purpose and is no longer necessary.
WHER90 The Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas, deem
it advisable and to the best interest of said City that the Housing and
Home Finance Agency conduct an off-site sale with the provision that said
building thereon be removed and the premises cleared of all debris.
SO gow, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissio0ersof the City
of alina, Kansas-, that it is advisable and to the best interest of said
City that the Housing and Home Finance Agency of the United States offer
to sell the same at an off-site sale and provide:: that the building be
removed and the premises cleared of all debris.
This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after
its adoption.
