WN RESOLUTION NUMBER 1733 (First published in the Salina Journal July �Ij Tzc 1956) A RESOLUTION relating to the paving and grading of Ellsworth Avenue twenty-eight (28) feet wide toe of gutter to toe of gutter, with two (2) inch hot asphalt -mix over a six''(6) inch rolled rock base, from the west line of Sunrise Drive to the east line of Norton Street. BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the Gity of Salina, Kansas: That Ellsworth Avenue, a street in the City of Salina, Kansas, from the west line of Sunrise Drive to the east line of Norton Street, be paved and graded, twenty --eight (28) feet wide from toe of gutter to toe of gut- ter, with two (2) inch hot asphalt mix over a six (6) inch rolled rock base, along with such grading and excavation ae may be necessary, and the same are hereby determined to be necessary improvements.
