A RESOLUTION relating to ~the paving and grading of Haven Avenue , with
concretep Twenty --eight (28) feet wide toe of gutter to toe of gutter, from
the east line of Viemont Avenue't o the west line of Whittinghill Avenue.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas: :
That Haven Avenue, a street in the City of Salina, Kansan, from
the east line of Viemont to the west line of Whittinghill Avenue, be paved
and graded with concrete, twenty-eight (28) feet wide toe of gutter to
toe of gutter and with such excavation as may be necessary, and the same
are hereby determined to be necessary improvements.
