1724 Improve Twelfth Street0 RESOLUTION NUMBER. 1724 (First published in the Salina Journal June 1956) A RESOLUTION relating to the curbing, guttering, paving and grading of Twelfth Street thirty-three (33) feet wide back of curb to back of curb, with two (2) inch hot asphalt mix over a six (6) inch crushed rock base, from the north line of Broadway Boulevard to the south line of Woodland Avenue. BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas: That Twelfth Street, a street in the City of Salina, Kansas, from the north line of Broadway Boulevard to the south line of Woodland Avenue, be curbed, guttered, paved and graded, thirty-three (33) feet wide back of`curb to back of curb, with two (2) inch hot asphalt mix over a six (6) inch crushed rock base, along with such grading and ex- cavation as may be necessary, and the same are hereby determined to be necessary improvements.
