RESOLUTION NUMBER 1714

A RESOLUTION relating to the paving and grading of Charles Street ,
twenty-eight (28) feet wide from toe'of gutter to toe of gutter, with
(2) inch hot asphalt aria over a six (6) inch crushed rock base, from the
west line of Phillips Street to the east line of Twelfth Street.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
That Charles Street, a street in the City of Salina, Kansas, from
the west line of Phillips St eet tothe east line of Twelfth Street, be
paved and graded, twenty --eight , (28) feet wide from toe of gutter to toe
of gutter, with two (2) inch hot asphalt` mix over a six (6) inch crushed
rock base, along with such grading and excavation as may be necessary, and
the same are hereby determined to be necessary improvements.
