A RESOLUTION relating to the paving and grading of Haven Avenue , twenty-
eight (28) feet wide fromtoe of gutter to t oe of 'gutter., with concrete.,
from the west line of Steahlin Avenue to the east line of Vkdttinghill
Avenue.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
.That Haven Avenue, a street in the City of Salina, Kansas, from
the west line of Steahlin Avenue tothe east line of Wbi.ttinghill Avenue,
be paved and graded, twenty-eight (28) feet wide from toe of gutter to
toe of gutter,, with concrete:, and with such excavation as may be neces-
sary, and the same are hereby determined to be necessary improvements.
