A RESOLUTION relating to the curbing, guttering, paving and grading of
Leslie Avenue ,thirty-three (33) feet wide back of curb to back of curb,
with two k2)inch hot asphalt mix over a six (6) inch crushed rock base,
from the east side of Quincy Street to the east line of Roach Street.
HE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
That Leslie Avenue, a street in the City of Salina, Kansas, from the
east line of Quincy Street to the west line of Roach Street, be curbed,
guttered, paved and graded, thirty-three (33) feet back of curb to back
of curb, with two (2) inch hot asphalt mix over a six (6) inch crushed .
rock base, along with such grading and eXOavatiOn as may be necessary,
and the same are hereby determined to.be necessary improvements.
