HE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas: That Leslie Avenue, a street in the City of Salina, Kansas, from the east line of Quincy Street to the west line of Roach Street, be curbed, guttered, paved and graded, thirty-three (33) feet back of curb to back of curb, with two (2) inch hot asphalt mix over a six (6) inch crushed . rock base, along with such grading and eXOavatiOn as may be necessary, and the same are hereby determined to.be necessary improvements.
