BE IT RESOLVE) by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas: That Quincy Street, a street in the City of Salina, Kansas, from the south line of Cloud Street to the north line of Albert Avenue, be curbed; guttered, paved and graded, thirty-three (33) feet back of curb to back of curb, with two (2) inch hot asphalt mix over a six (6) inch crushed rock base, along with such grading and excavation as may be necessary, and the same are hereby determined to be necessary improvements.
