A RESOLUTION relating to the paving and grading of Republic Avenue
twenty-eight (28) feet wide toe of gutter to toe of gutter, Tdth concrete
from the east line of Sheridan Street to the west.line of Sherman Street.
BE IT RESOLVED by`the Board of Commissiom rs of the City of Salina, Kansas:
That Republic Avenue, a street in the 'City of Salina.. Kansas, from
the east line of Sheridan Street to the west line of Sherman Street, be
paved and graded, twenty-eight.(28) feet wide fromtoe of gutter to toe
of gutter, with concrete, and with such excavation as may be necessary,
and the same are hereby determined to be necessary improvements.
