A RESOLUTION relating to the curbing, guttering and grading of Shawnee
Avenue from the south line of Lot 7, Block 4, Sunset Manordi'ion to
the south line of Crawford Avenue.
BE IT RESOLVED By, the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
That Shawnee Avenue, a street in the City of Salina, Kansas, from
the south line of Lot 7, Block 4. Sunset Manor Addition to the south line
of Crawford Avenue, be curbed, guttered and graded, along with such grad-
ing and excavation as may be necessary therefor, and the same are hereby
determined to be necessary improvements.
