RESOLUTION NUNEM 1651

A RESOLUTION relating totthe resurfacing of Ninth Street with two-inch
hot mixed asphaltic concrete from the south line of Ash Street tothe south
line of South Street.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas
That Ninth Street, a street in the City of Salina, Kansas, from
the south line of Ash Street to the south line of South Street, be resur-
faced with two-inch hot mixed asphaltic concrete, along with such grading
as may be necessary, and the same are hereby determined to be necessary
improvements.
