RESOLUTION NUMBER 1643
A RESOLUTION relating to authorization of use of certain lots as a tourist
courts and cabins within the City.

VdWIMAS, all conditions precedent fnr these herein authorized have come to
pass,; and
SO, NOW, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
That Lots Nine (9) through Twenty (20) in Block Two (2) Pacific
Addition to the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas; for use as a tourist
court and tourist cabin location under Section 13 of Ordinance Number 5519.
