A RESOLUTION relating to the curbing, guttering and grading of Roach
Street from the center line of Mellinger Drive to the center
line of Manor Road.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Oammissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas :
That Roach Street, a street in the City of Salina, Kansas, from
the center line of Mellinger Drive to the center line of Manor Road, be
curbed, guttered and graded, along with such grading and excavation as
may be necessary therefor and the same are hereby determined to be neces-
sary improvements.
