A RESOLUTION relating to the paving and grading of Haven Avenue ,
twenty-eight (28) feet wide toe of gutter to toe of gutter,
with concrete, from the east line of Duvall Avenue to the gest line
of Steahlin Avenue.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
ThAt Haven Avenue, �a street in the City', of Salina, Kansas, from the
east line of Duvall Avenue to t he west line of Steahlin Avenue, be paved
and graded, twenty-eight (28) feet wide toe of gutter to toe of gutter, with
concrete, and with such excavation as may be necessary, and the same are
hereby determined to be necessary improvements.
