A RESOLUTION relating to the curbing, guttering, paving and grading of
Albert Avenue with concrete Thirty-three (33) feet.wide from back of
curb to back of curb, from the east line of Roach Street to the west line
of Ohio Street.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of, Salina,. Kansas;:
That -Albert Avenue a street in the City of Salina, Kansas, from
the east line of Roach Street to the west line of Ohio"Street be curbed,
guttered, paved with concrete, Thirty-three (33) feet wide from back of
curb to back of curb, along with such grading as may be necessary, and the
same are her eby determined to be necessary improvements.
