A RESOLUTION relating to the paving and grading of Franklin Street
Twenty-eight (28) feet wide from toe of gutter to toe of gutter, with two
(2) inch hot asphalt mix over a six.(6) inch crushed rock base, from the
east line of Custer Street to the w est line. of Sheridan Str eet.
BE IT RESOLVED by.the Board of Commissiosrs of the City of Salina, KansasF:
That Franklin Street, a street in the City of Salina, Kansas, from
the east side of Custer Street tothe west line of Sheridan Street be paved
and graded:with two (2) inch hot asphalt mix over a six (6) inch crushed
rock bast=e, along with such grading and excavation as may be necessary
and the same are'here by determined to be necessary improvements.
