BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners.of the City of.Salina's Kansas
That Marymount Road., a street in the City of Salina, Kansas;, from
the south line of Iron Avenue to the south line of Lot 9, Block 2, Country
Club Addition, be curbed, guttered, paved with _concrete, Forty (40) feet
wide from back of curb to back of curb, along _with _such grading ass may
be necessary, and the same are hereby determined to be necessary improve-
ments.
