A RESOLUTION relating_to_the paving and grading -of Harsh Street With
concrete, Twenty-eight (28.). feet wide. from toe of gutter to t oe of- gutter ,
from the east line of Seventh Str eet to the east line of Eighth Street.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the City, of Salina, Kansas:
That Harsh Str eet, a street in the City of Salina, Kansas:, from
the east line of Seventh Str eet to the east line of Eighth Street be'paved
and graded With concrete, Twenty-eight (28) feet Wide from toe of gutter
to toe of gutter, along wit such grading and excavation as may be neces-
sary., and the same are hereby determined to be necessary improvements.
