A RESOLUTION relating to the curbing, guttering, paving and grading of
South Street with concrete:, Thirty-three (33) feet wide from back of
curb to°b ack of curb from the east line of Clark Street to the west line
of Montrose Str.ept.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Safina, Kansas:
That South Street, a street in the City of Salina, Kansas, from the
east.line of Clark Street.to the west line of Montrose Street, be curbed,
guttered, paved and graded with concrete;, Thirty-three (33) feet wide from
back of curb to back of curb, along with such grading and excavation as'
may be necessary therefor, and the same are hereby, determined to be neces-
sary improvements.
