RESOLUTION NUMBER 2039

A RESOLUTION relating to the curbing, guttering, paving and grading of
Oxford Drive thirty-three (33) feet wide from back of curb to back of
curb, with two (2) inch --hot asphalt mix over a six (6) inch crushed rock
bas e, from the south line of Belmont Boulevard to the west line of Ohio
Street. °
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
That Oxford Drive, a street in the City of Salina, Kanszsss from
the south line of Belmont Boulevard to the west line of Ohio Street be
curbed, guttered, paved and graded thirty-three (33) feet wide from back
of curb to bQLck.of curb, with two (2) inch.hot asphalt mix over a six (6)
inch crushed rock basso, along with such grading and excavation as may be
necessary therefor, and the same. are hereby, determined -to be necessary
improvements.
