BE IT RESOLVED1 by the Board of Commissioners of the Cityj of Salina, Kansas s:
That the South side of Cloud Str eet, a street is
Kansas, from the east line of Quincy Street to the west
Street be curbed and guttered, along with such grading
as may be necessary therefor, and the same are hereby
necessary improvements s.
