A RESOLUTION relating to the curbing, guttering, paving and grading of
Fourth Street (Thirty-one (31) feet wide from back of curb to back of
curb, with two (2) inch hot asphalt mix over a six (6) inch crushed rock
bas e, from the sout16 line of Minneapolis Avenue to the north line of
Kirwin Avenue.
BE IT RESOLBE11 by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
That Fourth Str eet, a street in the City of Salina, Kansas, from
the south line of Minneapolis Avenue to the north line of Kirwi.n Avenue
be curbed, guttered ,,paved and graded thirty-one (31) feet wide from
back of curb to back of curb with two (2) inch hot asphalt mix over a six
(6) inch crushed rocl base, along with such grading and excavation as may
be necessary, and the same are hereby determined to be necessary improve-
ments.
