BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas s
That Pacific Avenue, a street in the City of Salina, ansas, from
the vest line of Tenth Street to the east line of Eleventh Street be curbed,
guttered, paved and graded, thirty-three (33) feet wide from back of curb
to back of curb, with concrete, along with such grading and excavation
as may be`necessar — -and the sage are hereby determined to be necessary
improvements.
