A RESOLUTION relating to the paving and grading of_Vassar Drive twenty-
eight (28) feet wide from toe of gutter to toe of gutter, with two (2)
inch hot asphalt mix over a six (6) inch crushed rock base, from the
south line of Republic Avenue to the north line of Windsor Drive.
BE IT RESOLVE11 by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,Kansas:
That Vassar Drive, a street in the City of Salina, Kansas;, from,
the south line of Republic Avenue to the north line of Windsor Drive be
paved and graded, twenty-eight (28)'feet wide from toe of gutter to toe
of gutter, with two (20) inch hot asphalt mix, over a six (6) inch crushed
rock base, along with such grading and excavation as may be necessary,
andthe same are hereby determined to be necessary improvements.
