A RESOLUTION relating to the curbing, guttering, paving and grading of
Des Moines with concrete., thirty-three (33) feet wide from back of
curb to back of curb, from the north side of Elm Street to the west line
of Riverside Drive.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Bo rd of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
That Des Moines, a street in the City of Salina, Kansas, from the
north side of Elm Street to the gest line of Riverside Drive be curbed,
guttered., paved and graded with concrete, thirty-three (33) feet wide
from back of curb to hack of curb, along with such grading as may be
necessary, and the same are hereby determined to be necessary improve-
ments.
