A RESOLUTION relating to the resurfacing of Weil Place with hot mixed
Asphaltic concrete from the east line of Eighth Street to the west line
of Seventh Street.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
That Weil Place, a street in the City of °alina, Kansas, from the
east line of Eighth Street to the west line of Seventh Street be re-
surfaced with hot mixed asphaltic concrete, along with such grading as
may be necessary and the same are hereby determined to be necessary
improvements.
That the City at large to sustain the total expense of squares
and areas formed by intersections and in addition thereto one-third of
the remaining cost; as provided for in Section 13-1012, QeneralStatutes
of Kansas, 1919.
