A RESOLUTION relating to the paving and grading of Highland Avenue with
concrete, twent -eight (28) feet wide from toe of gutter to toe of gutter
from the north line of Lot 11, Block 1, and from the north line of Lot 1,
Block 2, Gebhart Manor Addition to the center line of Wayne Avenue.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
That Highland Avenue, a street in the City of Salina, Kansas, from the
north line of Lot 11, Block 1 and from the northline of Lot 1, Block 2,
Gebhart Manor Addition, City of Salina to the center line of Wayne Avenue,
be paved and graded with concrete, twenty-eight (28) feet wide from toe of
gutter to toe of gutter and with such excavation as may be necessary, and
the same are hereby determined to be necessary improvements.
