RESOLUTION NUMBER 2110
RESOLUTION accepting and approving offer relocating pipe line..
WHEREAS, it is necessary for the City of Salina, Kansas, to
relocate a pipe line on the w est side of Iron Avenue in the construction
of its Flood Control Project.
WHEREAS, The Socony Mobil Oil Company,Inc., has submitted a
detailed estimate of the cost of the relocation of said pipe line.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
that the estimate of the Socony Mobil Oil Company in the maximum sum
of One Thousand One Hundred Ten Dollars ($1,110.00) be accepted and
the Mayor authorized to execute and deliver an agreement therefor.
Adopted and approved by the Board of Commissioners of the City
of Salina, Kansas, this 13 day of January 1959•
