A RESOLUTION relating to the paving and grading of Kansas Avenue with concrete
(Twenty-eight (28) feet wide from toe of gutter to toe of gutter) from the north
line of Elm Street to the south line of Riverside Boulevard.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of.Gammissionems- of_.the City of Salina, Kansas:
That Kansas Avenue a street in the City o£ Salina, Kansas, from the north
line of Elm Street to the south line of Riverside Boulevard be paved and graded
with concrete (Twenty-eight (28) feet wide from toe of gutter to toe of gutter)
along with such excavation as may be necessary, and the same are hereby
determined to be necessary improvements.
