A RESOLUTION relating to the curbing, guttering and paving of Otis Avenue
with concrete (Thirty-three (33) feet wide from back of curb to back of
curb) from the west line of Third Street to the west line of Front Street.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
That Otis Avenue, a street in the City of Salina, Kansas, from the
west line of Third Street to the west line of Front Street be curbed,
guttered and paved with concrete (Thirty-three (33) feet wide from back of
curb to back of curb) along with such grading as may be necessary improvements.
