A RESOLUTION relating to the. paving. _and -grading of Republic Avenue with
concrete.. T wenty-eight (28) feet wide fromtoe of gutter to toe of gutter
from the west line of Beatrice Street to.the w est line of Ohio Street.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commission: rs of the City of Salina, Kansan:
That Republic Avenue, a street in the City of Salina, Kansas, from
the west line of Beatrice Street to the w est line of Ohio Street be paved
and graded with concrete, Twenty-eight (28) feet wide from toe of gutter to
toe of gutter, along with such excavation as may necessary, and the same
are hereby determined tote necessary improvements.
