A RESOLUT ION relatin to the paving and grad iag of Ohio Str eet with
concrete, Thirty-three (33) feet wide from.back of curb to back ---of
curb, from the south line of Warne Avenue tothe south lime of Oxford
Drive. °
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansa:
That Ohio Street, a street t in the City of Salina, Kansas;, f rom the
south line of Wayne Avenue to t he south lime of Oxford Drive, be paved
and graded with concret a Thirty-three (33) feet wide from back of curb
to back of curb; along with such excavation as may be necessary, and the
same are hereby determined to be necessary improvements.
