A RESOLUTION relating to the paving and grading of Franklin Street with
Concrete, Twenty-eight (28) feet wide fromtoe of gutter to toe of gutter,
from the west line of Sheridan Street to he east line of Merrill Avenue.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas;:
That Franklin Street, a street in the City of Salina, -Kansas, from
the east line of Sheridan Street tothe east line of Merrill Avenue be
paved and graded with concrete, Twenty-eight (28) feet wide fromtoe of gutter
to toe of glitter, along with such excavation as may be necessary, and the
same are hereby determined to be necessary improvements.
