A RESOLUTION relating tothe authorization of non-compliance with the
Insufficient Yard..ind Front Yard Requirements of Ordinance Number 5549, for
Lots 15, 16, 17, 18and.19, Block 5, Circle Addition to the City of Salm,
Saline County, Kansas;.
WHEREAS;, Yockers Building Company of Salim, Kansas., did apply for a certainn
building permit relating to the utilization of Lots 15, 16, 172 18 and 19, in
Block 5, .Circle Addition to the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas.
WHEREAS., the Building Inspector of the City of Salina, Kansas, did refuse
to grant said permit for the reason that non-compliance with the Insufficient
Yard and Front Yard Requirements of Ordinance Number 5549 of said City, and
WHEREAS, Yockers Buildin Company, did appeal from such refusal to b he Board
of Zoning Appeals of the City of Salina, Kansas., and have a hearing relating
thereto; and
WHEREAS;, said Board did order that a hearing be had on said appeal and did
direct that notice be duly published informing the public that said hearing
would be held; and
WHERE&% said notice was duly published and no persons appeared to protest
the variance from the requisites of said Ordinance, and SO, NOW THEREFORE
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissiore r s of the City of Salina, Kansas.-
That

That Yockers Building Company should -be and is here by authorized to utilize
the full area of the lot described as aforesaid for the purpose of construct-
ing and installing thereon facilities for his use in his program to the ex-
tent
xtent that the Insufficient Yard and Front Yard Requirements are waived on
the above mentioned(-. property, and that such variance is hereby determined
to not be contrary-tothe public interest and that substantial justice will
be done by such authorized variance, and that such authorization is consis -
tent with intent and purposes of the Zoning Ordinance of the (Ity of Salina,
Kansas.
