RESOLUTION NWER 2221
A RESOLUTICN relating to authorization of use of certain lots as a Trailer
Court within t e City, under Section 13,'Ordinance Number 5549.
WHERWE., all conditions precedent for these hereby authorized have
come to pass; and
SO NOW BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Salina, K ansas:
That a plot of ground known *s Tract #4 Surlaeyor's
Plat #51, less the North 120 feet thereof, in the
City of Safina., Saline County, Kansas, is designated for
use as a trailer court.
1. File with the City Buildin Inspector and the City Clerk, a copy
of the plot plan for location of Trailers, trees, shrubs, fences, etc. and
maintain at all times the trees, shrubs, grass shown on plot plan.
2. Comply with all requirements of City Ordinances concerning Trailer
Courts and their operation.
3. All sidewalks, streets `and- driveways -.indicated on the plot plan
shall be concrete, and -that all -setbacks -shall b e no less than those indicated
on the plot plan.
4. That the entire area shall be kept clean and clear of refuge, trash
and rubbish at all times.
5. That all conditions and requirements of 1 to 4 must be complied with
so long as land is used for a Trailer Court, and if violated at any time,
that the use of the areas hereby permitted as a trailer court area shall.
immediately terminate and the land vacated upon reasonable notice to the
tenants, unless the violations forthwith remedied.
