A,RESOLUTION relating to the curbing and guttering of the east side of Third
Stteet and the paving with concrete.(Twenty-eight (28), feet wide from edge of,
curb to edge of.curb),from the north side of Walnut Street to the south.bank of
Smoky Hill River.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
That Third Street, a street in the City of Salina, Kansas, from the north s
side of Walnut Street to the south bank of Smoky Hill River, be curbed and
guttered on the east side, and paved with concrete (Twenty-eight (28) feet wide
from edge of curb to edge of curb), along with such grading as.may be necessary,
and the same are hereby determined to be necessary improvements.
